Sales
Schedule follow-ups for sales opportunities
Every active sales opportunity needs a clear next action and follow-up date.
Before you start
Login to the correct workspace and have the necessary permissions according to your role. Use only valid data and communication.
Step-by-step instructions
Follow these steps in order. You can keep this guide open while working in another Tautiva tab.
Open Sales and use Due today or No next action to find opportunities that need attention.
Select the suitable customer opportunity.
Read the communication history and the latest agreements.
Look for the Next action or Activities section if displayed on the details.
Choose the type of action, such as a call or follow-up, fill in the date and person in charge.
Check the save result, then complete the activity when the work is actually done.
PRACTICAL EXAMPLE
Example from daily work
Example: call the customer back two days after the official offer is sent.
This is a fictional training example. No real customer data was used.

Expected result
Steps and results can be reviewed in the relevant module; send/save actions require SOP and permission.
Important notes
- Expected close is the projection of the end of the transaction, different from the activity date.
- Do not close the activity if it has not been done.
If something goes wrong
- Follow-up is not visible: check the owner and date range.
- Overdue warning: prioritize overdue activities and record the results.
