PRACTICAL EXAMPLE

Example from daily work

Example: a customer provides a new business phone number that has been verified through the company's procedure.

This is a fictional training example. No real customer data was used.

Expected result

The action is understood and the results can be checked on the workspace page. For data changes, only make them according to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).

Important notes

  • Do not replace the number based solely on unverified chat.
  • Customer 360 data is used by Case, Sales, and Collections; incorrect profiles can impact multiple modules.

If something goes wrong

  • Column cannot be changed: check access rights and field status.
  • Data does not appear after saving: reload and check validation messages.
