Before you start

Login to the correct workspace and have the necessary permissions based on your role.

PRACTICAL EXAMPLE

Example from daily work

Example: PT Contoh Sejahtera has a contact, Dina, for purchasing and Tono for billing. Both are connected to the same company if valid.

This is a fictional training example. No real customer data was used.

Expected result

Actions are understood and results can be checked on the workspace page. For data changes, only perform them according to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).

Important notes

  • Do not link two companies just because they have similar names.
  • One contact can be related to multiple accounts if the business requires it.

If something goes wrong

  • Company not found: ask the CRM Admin to verify or create a business account according to permissions.
  • B2B obligation failed: check the contact relationship with the account on Customers.
