Common problem Situation
Troubleshoot a page that will not load
A page may fail even when the rest of the app works. Check the status before repeating an action.
Before you start
Access to the workspace and the correct role.
Step-by-step instructions
Follow these steps in order. You can keep this guide open while working in another Tautiva tab.
Note the name of the page and the time the disturbance occurred.
Check if the browser is still connected to the internet.
Click the Reload button once if it is available.
Try going back to the Inbox or another page that is already open to determine the scope of the disturbance.
If the page still fails, send the menu name, time, and error message information to the admin.
Do not repeatedly send forms or payments whose status is still unknown.
PRACTICAL EXAMPLE
Example from daily work
Example: the Customers page fails to load. The officer notes the time and then waits for the admin to ensure the service is restored before making changes.
This is a fictional training example. No real customer data was used.

Expected result
You will know the safe steps and the results that need to be checked, without modifying the data before the procedure is approved.
Important notes
- Reload should not be considered a sign that the previous save failed.
- Avoid sharing screenshots that contain sensitive customer information.
If something goes wrong
- If only the Collections report is slow, it may require a review of server performance.
- If all pages fail, check the service status and network first.
This guide describes the interface reviewed on 13 October 2026. Documentation testing did not send real messages, invite users, process payments, or modify real customer records.
