PRACTICAL EXAMPLE

Example from daily work

Example: the CSV source was last updated a week ago; the supervisor requests a new export before proceeding.

This is a fictional training example. No real customer data was used.

Expected result

Steps and results can be reviewed in the relevant module; send/save actions require SOP and permission.

Important notes

  • Aging shows the age of the records in the report definition, not proof that the debt has been verified.
  • Do not compare old snapshots with new obligations without considering the date context.

If something goes wrong

  • Report is taking too long: wait and refresh once, and escalate if it still fails.
  • Amount does not match: check the snapshot date, source, and filter rules.
