Team & administration
Check WhatsApp channel health safely
WhatsApp channel problems can delay replies. Check the connection status before attempting recovery.
Before you start
Access to the workspace and the correct role.
Step-by-step instructions
Follow these steps in order. You can keep this guide open while working in another Tautiva tab.
Open Channels from the side menu and select the correct workspace channel.
Read the Connected status or other visible status.
Check Last checked for the last check time.
If messages fail, compare Channels information with warnings in Inbox.
Do not press Disconnect channel as a test.
If repairs require re-pairing, schedule the action with an authorized administrator.
PRACTICAL EXAMPLE
Example from daily work
Example: a customer complains about delayed messages; the admin observes the Channels status without causing additional disruptions.
This is a fictional training example. No real customer data was used.

Expected result
You will know the safe steps and the results that need to be checked, without modifying the data before the procedure is approved.
Important notes
- Disconnect channel stops sending and receiving until the channel is paired again.
- Save evidence of status/timestamp when reporting disturbances.
If something goes wrong
- The channel appears connected but messages fail: check the provider status and the sending queue.
- The number does not appear: ask the admin to check the workspace channel binding, do not use personal WhatsApp.
